| It is Club policy at Old Chelts to actively recruit new and
junior adult players and to try and enable players to develop
to their full potential. The club is also committed to helping
all players to qualify as coaches and umpires and to mentor
existing coaches and umpires.
The club gives all its members the opportunity to volunteer
in whatever club activities interest them.
